Abstract The Timp Haven Ski Area clippings (1945-1978) contain content concerning Ray and Ava Stewart and their involvement with the Timp Haven Ski Area and clippings concerning ski racing, ski jumping, and ski resort development. The Timp Haven Ski Area is located in Provo Canyon, Utah. It was founded in 1943 and was known as Timp Haven until 1971 when it was purchased by Robert Redford who renamed it Sundance Ski Resort.
