Scope and Contents Material in this secton consists, for the most part, of correspondence relating to the proposed expansion of the White Pine Power District. Adams, and other, planned to develop the White Pine System into a larger network called the Nevada Interconnected Electric Power System to serve eastern Nevada and western Utah. The plan fell through, however, when the Nevada district court ruled against them in a legal battle over the pending sale of the Wells Power System.
