Scope and Contents Joseph Rosenblatt commissioned B.Y.U. music professor Crawford Gates to compose a tone poem as a musical tribute to L.D.S. church President David O. McKay. The Utah Symphony orchesta performed the work as part of its initial concert for the 1964-1965 season.
