Scope and Contents This box contains photocopies of source documents, both primary and secondary, which pertain to conditions and events in 1863. Typical of the documents in this box are newspaper accounts, diaries, letters, manuscript biographies and autobiographies, published military documents, and biographical information on both Indian and white leaders.
