Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Community Action Program records (1971-1981) consist of materials for the Salt Lake Community Action Program (CAP), located in boxes 1-12, and the Central City Neighborhood Council (CCNC), located in boxes 13-25, an agency within the CAP. Included are guidelines, publications, minutes, financial records, staff reports, committee materials, studies, news clippings, and other papers.
