The rest of the materials, including the manuscript, notes, almost all of the research materials, and the extensive library of Burton's works which Brodie collected, were sold to the Bancroft Library. All that remains is correspondence, reviews, a folder containing materials concerning a copyright infringement case, and an autographed copy of the book.
