The Growers' Market Company records (1911-1998) contain the business files of Growers' Market Company, a corporation which organized farmer's markets in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 1919, the company purchased land in downtown Salt Lake City in order to provide a centralized location for produce buyers and sellers.
