On October 6, 1926, he married Dolly Mae Heiner (1907-1975) in Salt Lake City, Utah; together, they had one daughter. After Dolly Londema’s death in 1975, Al Londema remarried to Norma Luella Briggs Green (1902-1983) on June... 14, 1976. Londema worked as a salesman for the Mine and Smelter Supply Company. In addition to numerous shorts, Londema produced and directed the 1951 independent western film The Black Satchel, filmed in southern Utah.
