Richard K. Reuling photograph collection
Collection
Identifier: P1700
Scope and Contents
The Richard K. Reuling photograph collection consists of 1 box containing 41 black-and-white and color photograph prints and postcards and 13 digital-only images. Upon donation, the photographs were housed in a scrapbook related to Bullfrog Marina and Lake Powell which is housed in the Manuscripts Division (ACCN 2661). Since the original photographs were no longer attached to the scrapbook due to the breakdown of old adhesive, they were turned over to the Multimedia Division, scanned, and printouts of the scanned images were given to Manuscripts. The collection processor retained the order that the photographs were in when transferred to the Multimedia Division.
The collection is fully digitized and available on the Marriott Library Digital Library . Subjects include aerial photographs of the Bullfrog Basin and surrounding desert landscape; black-and-white photographs of the original facilities at the Bullfrog Marina; designs for the logo of Bullfrog Marina, Inc.; and images of boats and boating.
