Biographical Note
Phebe Carter Scholes was born on October 6, 1862 in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, to Susan Cornelia Woodruff and Robert B. Scholes. She was a granddaughter of Wilford Woodruff. On June 4, 1908 she married James Wright Saville (1850-1912). Phebe Carter Scholes Saville died on November 29, 1926 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
