Biological Note

Christopher A. Biltoft is a scientist that studied engineering in the U.S. Military Academy (1963-1967), meteorology at St. Louise University (1967-1968), got his MS in meteorology from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (1974-1976). He was a meteorologist for the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground (1977-2002) and was a consultant for various meteorological services.
