The David Breck Morris photograph collection consists of 1 box containing 35 black-and-white photographs. The photograph subjects are portraits of David Breck Morris and others. The portraits include a group portrait of the Field Testing and Development Unit for the United States Coast Guard and artistic black-and-white photographs of unidentified children. Folder 2 contains black-and-white and color photographs of unidentified mountains, including images of unidentified individuals hiking, camping, and skiing.

Biographical Note
David Breck Morris (1938-2004) received a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Utah in 1960. He served as a physicist in the United States Coast Guard and later worked for Kennecott Copper Corporation, where he served in various capacities, including senior systems analyst, senior computer programmer, and manager of market research. He wrote many articles and essays while working at Kennecott, and also wrote many of the speeches for the company’s then- president, G. Frank Joklik.
