Scope and Contents

Andrus was a LDS pioneer who served many missions for the LDS Church. He was born in England, joined the LDS church and led a company of pioneers to Salt Lake City, practiced polygamy, and was a pioneer of Green River and Cache Valley, Utah, and of Salmon River, Idaho. The photographs include the Neff home in Salt Lake City, formerly the Deseret Telegraph Station, and the Milo Andrus Halfway House in Crescent, a home built to accomodate travelers on their way south from the Salt Lake Valley.
