Biographical Note
Alonzo Laker Cook (1882-1963) was born on October 6, 1882 in Garden City, Utah to Alonzo Howland and Amy Ellen Laker Cook. Alice Maude Osmond Cook (1884-1971), who went by Maude, was born on February 28, 1884 in Bloomington, Idaho to George Anson and Alice Catharine Hart Osmond. Together, the couple had eight children. Both Alonzo and Maude were published authors. Alonzo died in 1963 and Maude died in 1971.
