Tom Dickerson is a Utah motorcycle racer who participated in speedway motorcycle races with Mark Borgman in South Africa in the 1980s. Speedway is a motorcycle sport that involves 4 to 6 riders racing 4 counter-clockwise laps in a oval circuit. Speedway motorcycle are specialized machines that typically only have one gear and no brakes.
