Biographical Note
Howard James Layton was in Kaysville, Davis, Utah, United States on October 4, 1893 to Timothy James Layton and Harriet Jarman. Howard James Layton married Mary Leone Green and had 2 children. He passed away on November 21, 1959 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
