Biographical Sketch

Paul C. Richards (b. 1936) was the Director of Public Communications for Brigham Young University from 1978 to 1992. Richards served as university spokesman for three university presidents: Dallin Oaks, Jeffrey R. Holland and Rex E. Lee. After his early retirement, he pursued his interest in aviation. In 1994 he was named as the managing editor for the Provo Daily Herald.
