Scope and Contents
The ten photographs in this collection are glass lantern slides taken by University of Utah geologist Frederick J. Pack (1875-1939) in 1923, and describe the destruction to landscape and houses wrought by the flood. Photographs show boulders moved, mudslides that ran into houses, etcetera. Some slides are cracked, but there is no complete image loss.
