The Roy E. Lundquist report is entitled "Snowslides and Their Causes."

The introduction of this report states the following: "A summary of a considerable number of actual snowslides that have occurred in Utah, particularly in the vicinity of Salt Lake City during the period of 1875 to 1941, has been compiled by the U. S. Weather Bureau Office at Salt Lake City, Utah, from Weather Bureau files, newspaper reports, and historical records, and is presented herein along with comments, pertinent information and comparative, related climatological data."
