The Frank F. Wipper papers (1957-1960s) consist mainly of the newsletter Gospel Fullness, edited by Frank Wipper and issued monthly out of Fresno, California. The newsletter is dedicated to "the courageous minorities who have faith enough to protest and come out of religious pollutions, to strive to re-establish themselves upon that Rock, in Christ." A few other publications by Wipper are also included.
