The E. Kay Kirkham essay (1985) is titled "Daniel Stillwell Thomas and Martha Paine Jones Thomas: Early Members of the LDS Church and Utah Pioneers of 1894." It was presented to the Genealogical Society in 1985. E. Kay Kirkham, a genealogist, wrote many books on genealogy, including: The ABC's of American Genealogical Research (1954), The Land Records of America and their Genealogical Value (1963), George (Wm.) Kirkham: his Ancestors and Descendants to the Third Generation (1973), and A Survey of American Church Records: Major and Minor Denominations Before 1880-1890 (1978).
