Biographical Note

B. Floyd Farr was a radio announcer, engineer, and executive. His career began at KDYL in Salt Lake City, Utah; later he moved to KPO, an NBC station in San Francisco. In 1947, along with George Snell, he acquired the first of a network of radio stations they managed throughout the West.
