Abstract

The Carl Arvid Carlquist correspondence (1892-1893) consists of three letters, one from Carlquist to Utah Governor Caleb W. West, and two from West to Carlquist. Carlquist (1857-1938) was an immigrant from Sweden to Utah, a missionary to Sweden for the LDS Church, and a Utah businessman who was active in politics.
