Biographical Note

Floyd Garn Hatch founded a number of fraternities at the University of Utah and was the founding editor of the Utah Law Review. As an engineer he co-organized a graduate degree engineering program that served practicing engineers. Additionally, Hatch founded the Mormon Trails Association, a group interested in the preservation of the pioneer trails.
