Biographical Sketch
James Ferguson was an Adjunct General of the Nauvoo Legion. This militia was first instigated in Nauvoo, Illinois. The name was revived by LDS Church members who had moved to Utah Territory and who needed protection. Further biographical information on James Ferguson could not be found.
