The Mt. Harris, Colorado, history project records consist of materials related to a project to teach historical methodology in the Los Angeles County schools. Included are 40 packets containing statistics, maps, and oral history interviews. Also included is "The Mystery Town: A Problem for Historical Inquiry in the Classroom" by Ben B. Strasser, Gus T. Dalis, and the Office of the Los Angeles County Superintendent of Schools. Mt. Harris, Colorado, was an abandoned coal mining town.
