Scope and Contents

The Bahái Faith of Salt Lake City records (1989-1993) contains pamphlets, newsletters, a history of the Bahái Faith in Utah, and other documents. The Bahái Faith, a booklet that gives a brief history of the Baha'i religion and its following around the world, is found in folder 1. Folder 2 contains articles and two booklets discussing Baha'i principles or beliefs: Faith for Freedom and The Lord of the New Age. Also found in folder 2 is a booklet that addresses the Bahái faith in Utah, Early Bahái History of Salt Lake City, Utah. Folder 3-5 contain the "Salt Lake City News," a newsletter distributed to members of the church that provides information on certain topics and functions of the church. Articles and miscellaneous newsletters and mailings are also found in this folder.
