Scope and Contents
The Alfred A. Rordame scrapbooks detail separate camping trips. They cover his travels through Zion, Bryce, Kanab, Cedar City, Fredonia, Kaibab, Grand Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Fish Lake National Parks. There is a journal entry for almost every place, as well as brochures, pictures, postcards, and local flora and fauna.

Biographical / Historical
Alfred A. Rordame (1903-1940) was a Senior Observer for the National Weather Service in Pocatello, Idaho. Although not much is known about his personal life, his love of nature and the great outdoors is evident in the very detailed scrapbooks in the collection.
