Scope and Contents

The Cottonwood uranium mining oral histories (1970-2002) are composed of oral history transcripts from a project sponsored by the Bureau of Land Management and USDA Forest Service. They are arranged alphabetically. A name index is included, although it does list names for which there are no transcripts. Also included is a cd containing the interview transcripts, articles, and photographs.
