Lorenz Fuellenbach papers

 Collection
Identifier: ACCN 0342

Scope and Contents

The Lorenz Fuellenbach papers (1883-1923) contain Fuellenbach's personal records such as family records, naturalization papers, family history, and church records, missionary notes, journals, and correspondence. Much of the information was written in bound volumes, with a significant proportion of it in German. The bulk of the material spans the time period 1862-1914, but one letter from 1961 is also included in the collection. The collection also contains "Theological Notes" which are untitled writings of Fuellenbach in which he examines doctrinal issues which are of concern to him. These are akin to the untitled, bound "Missionary Notes" which seem to be a compilation of answers to questions which he was frequently asked while serving as a missionary.
