Biographical Sketch
Louis E. Holley was born 27 June 1903 to John and Margaret Ellen Kelly Holley. He studied accounting at the University of Utah and served as Salt Lake City auditor from 1941 to 1964. Holley also served as a public safety commissioner and an accountant for the State Road Commission. Much of his life was dedicated to helping the handicapped.
