This collection contains a written transcript of a written transcript of an interview with Marion Moore Fidlar (1909-1991), the former President and Chairman of Mountain Fuel Supply Company. The interview is mainly a discussion about Mr. Fidlar's time at Mountain Fuel Supply Company as a manager and the different situations that he faced there. The interview was conducted by Arnold Irvine on 2 September 1986, and it is 22 pages long.

Biographical Note

Fidlar was born in Vincennes, Indiana, attended school there at DePauw University and Indiana University, and earned his A.B., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in geology. He started working for Mountain Fuel Supply Company in 1943 as a senior geologist. He became President in 1962 and then Chairman of the Board in 1972, before retiring in 1974.
