Historical Note

The Victory Theatre was located at 48 E. Broadway, Salt Lake City, Utah, from 1908-1943. It was called the Colonial followed by the Pantages before it was named the Victory. With 2000 seats, it was the only theatre with two balconies in Salt Lake City. The Victory remained popular until it burned down during a renovation in 1943.

Arrangement

The collection has been arranged into four series: I. Theatre materials; II. Music collections; III. Sheet music; and IV. Oversized music. The music has been arranged alphabetically by song title within each series.
