Scope and Contents
The Echo Park Dam controversy study discusses the history of the Upper Colorado Basin and the plans for its development during the 1940s and 1950s. The plans of the Colorado Basin describe the geography of the area. Also, the study describes the problems of Echo Park. Lastly, the study talks about the California opposition and how it was affected by the Echo Park Dam.
