Scope and Contents

This scrapbook contains mostly news clippings and discusses topics regarding the LDS Church and polygamy, issuence of Manifesto by Wilford Woodruff, and the question of statehood for Utah.

This scrapbook contains a photocopied version of "No Mormon Need Apply" song lyrics for access purposes. It also contains a photocopied version of "Platform Principles of the Pretended Reformers of Utah" for access purposes. The original items have been removed and placed in Reserve. Access must be given by the Manuscripts Curator and by appointment. An archivist must remain with the items if being used.

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.

Three original items have been removed and placed in Reserve. Access must be given by the Manuscripts Curator and by appointment. An archivist must remain with the items if being used. Photocopies are available in the collection for research use.
