From the Collection: The John W. Smith photograph collection consists of two black-and-white photographs related to Joseph V. Smith. The images depict Joseph V. Smith being honored by Nylic (New York Life Insurance Company) and with a group of four men, circa 1955. These two images were separated from the John W. Smith papers (ACCN 3240), which has material about both John W. and Joseph V. Smith; however, these images relate only to Joseph V. Smith.
