From the Collection: The Raymond Charles Higgins photograph collection consists of 20 black-and-white prints and negatives depicting Higgens' life, family, service in the Navy, and career in radio broadcasting under the name Fred J. Glotz. The collection dates from approximately 1930 to 1970.
