From the Collection: The Donna Toland Smart photograph collection consists of 2 boxes. Box 1 contains images collected by Smart in the course of her research into the life of Patty Bartlett Sessions as well as biographical images related to Smart's life, family, and travels, particularly to Egypt. Box 2 contains additional photographs related to Smart's life, particularly her involvement in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and her work for the Relief Society. The collection dates from 1846-1990, but the majority of the images date from Smart's life, particularly 1970-1990. While most of the images are black-and-white or color photograph prints, the collection also includes slides, negatives, and postcards.
