- 45: Robert Murdock next to Spanish bayonet (yucca) plant on flat inside bend of the river. Guide said it was an area where earlier Native Americans made arrowheads. Ray Bramble found an arrowhead the day the picture was taken.

- 72: Boarding stake-bed truck to return to Salt Lake City on top of all the trip gear.
