Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The Neighborhood House is a non-profit community center established in 1898. It is currently funded by the United Way. It functions primarily as a daycare center, but also serves the community through classes and services for the elderly. The collection contains prints and slides of the children, activities and services which have been part of Neighborhood House from it's inception and is arranged in ten year intervals.

Box 1 was organized and processed at an item level. Boxes 2-3 were processed at a folder level, Box 2 by events and years, and Box 3 by subject.

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.
