Scope and Contents

  1. Chambers discusses his life-long involvement with skiing: his childhood in Jackson, Wyoming, the family move to Ogden, Utah in 1941 and skiing at Snow Basin; the ski team at Ogden High School; two years with the U.S. Army Tenth Mountain Troops during the Korean conflict; collegiate skiing competition and his ski scholarship to the University of Wyoming; working at The Ski Shop which Chambers eventually bought and expanded.
