Scope and Contents
- Hitch (b. 1910), former president of the University of California at Berkeley (1960s-1970s) who held several positions at the RAND corporation in California (1940s-1960s), recalls his professional association with Fawn Brodie's husband, Bernard Brodie, at RAND and the friendship as couples the two families enjoyed. He assesses the work of Bernard and provides insight into the family life of the Brodies.
