Richards recalls his experiences in Utah broadcasting first at KSL radio, then KSL television, and finally at Channel Four. He was program director and writer and producer of television commercials. Memorable colleagues were Jackie Nokes, Bob Welti, and Danny Rainger, 1940s-1970s.
