Dooley (b. 1933) recalls his early years in Arkansas, his marriages and family, his move to Salt Lake in 1963, his work in civil rights, his presidency of the NAACP in Utah, the situation of blacks in Utah, the attitude of the Mormon church towards blacks, and the Ku Klux Klan in Utah during the years 1963-1983.
