Scope and Contents

A man walks by a food stand and sees a green hot dog left unattended. After eating the item, the man turns into a green monster and begins a reign of terror on the city by stepping on cars and kicking them around. Then he sees a donut shop, he is squished by a giant donut on the sign and killed.
