This film contains images of two men getting onto a helicopter and a scene of the outdoors from the helicopter. It shows a few shots of the state capital and then shows the grand opening of the Three Kings chair lift where one of the men from the first scene cuts a red ribbon at Treasure Mountain Resort, which will open in 1963.
