Scope and Contents
This is the third radio show out of a series of five in which the pros and cons of various propositions appearing on the November 3, 1964 ballot are discussed. The propositions discussed here were two of the most controversial propositions, fifteen and seventeen. Proposition fifteen deals with paid television verses free television while proposition seventeen deals with railroad train crews declaring state policy on manning trains.
