Footage of a house, outside daytime shots of neighborhood houses, a Japanese flag waving in the wind, a man in a suit walking towards a building that looks to be some sort of governmental building (i.e. an embassy). There are shots of the man walking onto the grounds of the building followed by shots of the man indoors, facing the camera and on the doorstep next to the front of the building.
