Whalen, Handbook of Secret Organizations (Milwaukee, Wisconsin: The Bruce Publishing Company, [1966]). There is a section of about 150 pages containing notes written by A. C. Lambert titled "Some Scattered Notes of 20-30 Years Ago," which contains accounts of encounters, interviews, meetings, etc., with persons in regard to Mormon Temple oaths and covenants.
