From the Series: Materials in this portion of the collection consist mainly of records of earthquake protective efforts in the Salt Lake City area. A small amount of material concerns the Hansel Valley earthquake of 1934. A group of related material concerning land subsidence as a result of this earthquake has been filed under the subject heading: Great Salt Lake-Lake Studies.
